Dear Richard,
Just a quick note to say thank you for my lovely new teeth. Keep catching myself smiling with my mouth shut, old habits die hard I suppose but I am working on that! If I had known how painless it was going to be I would have done it years ago. Wish I had, but also glad I didn't leave it any longer than I did. I just can't stop smiling, it's a great feeling.

Thank you all for your kindness understanding and support. You are a credit to your profession and you have given me something to smile about again.
